Only the finest portion of the Hearts Cut makes it into our bottles. It is polished and matured in toasted, then charred, American White Oak Barrels, and bottled at 102 Proof.

You will find distinctive flavors of dark chocolate, grain, and sweet tree fruits early, which are complimented by oak, spice, and a rich, full mouthfeel.
